I've just noticed that you are 8 years old. So I'm going to apologise for sounding harsh earlier, but uploading something you didn't draw is still wrong.
Aqua-Feather pretty much said everything. Stealing art is wrong. You are not old enough to be on this site. And furthermore, if you feel so down about your drawing skills then why do you want to be an artist in the first place?
When I was your age I didn't care how my drawings looked. The main part is I had fun drawing it and I wanted to keep on doing so. Yes I've been bullied and tackled by people who said I should give up, but did I? No. If you feel so strongly for something, you shouldn't give up. Practise makes perfect, as they say.
